Rules and Regulations

1. All participants must carry their Institute ID cards at all times.
2. No requests for registrations will be entertained after the stipulated deadline.
3. Participants are requested to be present at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the start of each event.
4. Use of any unfair means or non-compliance to rules will result in immediate disqualification.
5. Please do not carry sharp objects, inflammable objects or any other objects that might be potentially dangerous.
6. If a participant is found violating any of these rules, it would lead to the disqualification of the participant, who would also be required to leave the premises immediately.
7. Any sort of profanity or obscenity in any form will lead to immediate disqualification. Any misbehaviour on part of the participants and visitors will lead to expulsion from the premises and will reflect on their college.
8. Anything that can be perceived as being offensive to any national and/or religious sentiments, gender, caste, race etc will lead to immediate disqualification.
9. The decision of the judges will be final and binding on all participants. The Judging Criteria are set and decided by the Event Organizing Committee.
10. Rules listed are subject to change as per the discretion of the Event Heads and the Organizing Committee.
11. Please bear in mind that all events, venues, and timings are subject to change.

1. Time limit for the performance will be 2 minutes.
2. This is an individual event.
3. An additional minute will be given to set up before the performance.
4. Exceeding this time limit would lead to disqualification.
5. Participants can perform with a single instrument only OR karaoke.
6. Participants should bring their karaoke soundtrack in pen drive.
7. Performance must be a Folk/Indian Classical/Semi-classical song/Bollywood/western.
8. The use of cell phones to refer to lyrics is not permitted.
9. The decision of the judges will be final and binding under all circumstances.
10. Participation is subject to prior approval of the singing act by the cultural coordinators.
11. The participant need to share his/her clip on WhatsApp with the culture coordinators

1. Time limit for the performance will be 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Two individuals can take part in this event.
3. Exceeding this time limit would lead to disqualification
4. Participants can perform with a single instrument only OR karaoke.
5. Participants should bring their karaoke soundtrack in pen drive.
6. Performance must be a Folk/Indian Classical/Semi-classical song/Bollywood/western.
7. The use of cell phones to refer to lyrics is not permitted.
8. An additional minute will be given to set up before the performance.
9. The decision of the judges will be final and binding under all circumstances.
10. Participation is subject to prior approval of the singing act by the cultural coordinators.
11. The participants need to share his/her clip on WhatsApp with the culture coordinators.

1. Time limit for the performance will be 2 minutes.
2. Dance form should be essentially Classical/Semi Classical/ Folk Dance/any dance form.
3. Selection of playback song must be focused on the theme & prior approval of song and costumes from cultural coordinator.
4. Use of props is allowed (participants should manage it at their own).
5. Participants should bring their soundtrack in pen drive.
6. An additional minute will be given to set up before the performance.
7. The decision of the judges will be final and binding under all circumstances.
8. Participation is subject to prior approval of the dancing act by the cultural coordinators.
9. The participant need to send his/her clip on WhatsApp with the culture coordinators.

1. Time limit for the performance will be 2 minutes.
2. An additional minute will be given to set up before the performance.
3. Participant should bring his/her own instrument for the act.
4. Participation is subject to prior approval of the act by the cultural coordinators.
5. The participant need to send his/her clip on WhatsApp with the culture coordinators.
6. The decision of the judges will be final and binding under all circumstances.

1. Participants have to prepare a prewritten act.
2. There are no limitations to the topics that can be chosen by the participants.
3. Language used must be preferably English or Hindi, to cater to the needs of the diverse audience.
4. The participants can take 2-3 minutes for their performance. Exceeding the time limit will result in disqualification.
5. The participants must bring their own props, if required.
6. The participants will be judged on the basis of content, fluency, spontaneity, presentation and sense of humour.
7. Participants should conform to reasonable standards of decency; vulgar, obscene or offensive language is prohibited.
8. The decision of the judges in all matters will be final and binding.
9. Participation is subject to prior approval of the act by the cultural coordinators.
10. The participant need to send his/her clip on WhatsApp with the culture coordinators.

1. This is an individual event.
2. The artwork presented should be original, which is a major criterion for assessment. No plagiarism will be accepted.
3. The time limit will be 55-60 minutes.
4. A3 size sheets will be provided, although it is advised that the participants bring their own stationery, poster paints, and any other materials required for the art work.
5. Dialogues can be in English or Hinglish.
6. Poster can be coloured or kept black and white as per the artist’s choice.
7. The artwork should not be defamatory, libelous, obscene or otherwise illegal.
8. Use of profanity is strictly prohibited.
9. Participants are prohibited from carrying any paper/electronic device to refer to during the competition. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.

1. There will be one participant painting on his own volunteer.
2. A total of 60 minutes will be allotted per team.
3. The theme has to be interpreted in a way so as to represent some contemporary discontent of societies today.
4. Painting materials (including a white plain t-shirt, poster colours, fabric colours, paint brushes etc.) shall be brought by the participants; however, use of stencils and decorative items are not permitted.
5. Use of any kind of decorative material and stencils is strictly prohibited.
6. The participants are to carry their own containers and palettes for the purposes of mixing colours and keep water.
7. It is mandatory for participants to have their own volunteers.
8. Use of internet and any other reference material is not permitted.
9. If participants leave the venue in a mess. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
10. Participants are required to be present at least 15 minutes before the event.

1. It is an individual/team event.
2. A team can have 4-6 members.
3. Time limit for every team would be maximum of 4 minutes (Including setup and the performance both).
4. Green room will be provided for changing purpose.
5. Should carry their tracks in C.D, pen drive etc.
6. Vulgarity is strongly prohibited.
7. Any form of obscenity will lead to debarring the team from the contest.
8. Use of cigarettes, alcohol and any unfair means is strongly prohibited.
9. Teams will be judged on costumes, theme, walking stance and attitude.
10. Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
11. Teams have to bring their own props.
12. Theme for fashion show (any one)
a. SEASONS (spring, summer, autumn, winter) open to the team.
b. ACCESSORY BASED (bags, belts or scarves etc.)
c. TIME PERIOD (60s, 70s, 80s, 90s etc.)
d. INDIAN ETHNIC (diverse culture, ethnicity, art and crafts)
e. EVENT OR CAUSE BASED (‘Being Human’, ‘Save our Tigers’ or ‘Cancer Awareness etc.
